General Information:

What are you going to get
- A digital .png (or any other format you prefer) file of the artwork in full resolution.
- The example artworks on the commission chart or in my gallery are purely indicative. Keep in mind that your artwork could look different from these samples since my art style is developing.
     
I reserve…
- the right of canceling your petition for any reason I see fit.
- the right to interpret the reference you provide as I see fit, especially if it’s vague or unclear.
- I do accept to work with just a written description of the character, but I reserve the right to interpret it with some artistic freedom.

How to purchase one of my artwork
- Send us a message on one if our social media platforms, or send us an email to sagasoriginal@gmail.com specifying what kind of commission you want, and providing the references needed.
     
What you can expect after purchasing one of my artworks
- After discussing the type of commission you want, I’ll start to work on you commission as soon as your payment has arrived.
- I'll send you a sketch for your approval before starting the lineart.
- From the moment I start working on your illustration, the waiting time goes from 1 week to max 2 months. If you have ordered more than one illustration or there are other commissions to be done before yours, the waiting time will increase.
- I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.
- You may ask how your commission is going whenever you like.

Copyright/Usage:

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, for example:
- Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the character(s)).
- Promote myself with it in any place.

As a commissioner you can:
- Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes).
- Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
- Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Discord etc.

You are not allowed to:
- Change, modify or use my works without my permission.
- Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off it in any way) if we didn't arrange it before.
- Take credit for the art.
- Remove my watermarks/signatures

Payments
- I accept payments through Paypal, dA Points, and Payoneer.
- Prices include fees.
- Full payment in advance is required.
- Wait for my confirmation before sending any kind of payment.
- I accept dA Point payments, but only through the Commission Widget on my DeviantArt page.

Refunds
- I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I have started the sketch I can refund 50% of the payment. Once I reach the lineart stage there will be no refunds.
- If I can't complete your commission (for any reason) I will fully return your payment.
